IP Portfolio

Your IP, on the record.

A proper record of what you own — the mark, where it is filed, how far along each filing is, and what falls due next.

How it works

From one asset to a portfolio you can work from.

  • 01

Create a record of your intangible assets

The mark, the invention, the work. You do not need a filing to start — record what you have made and add the paperwork when it exists.

  • 02

    Add each filing

One asset, one entry per country. A mark filed in Nigeria and at ARIPO is one asset with two filings, not two unrelated rows.

  • 03

    See what falls due

Filing to publication to opposition to grant to each renewal, computed from the filing date and the law of that jurisdiction.

  • 04

Know what it costs to keep

What maintaining an asset will cost over the next few years — its registration and renewal fees.

  • 05

Know what to do when somebody uses it

When Radar finds your asset where it should not be, the alert keeps the evidence — the listing and the capture taken when we found it. Take it to your IP manager or legal adviser, who can tell you what, if anything, to do next.

  • 06

    Show it to an investor

The whole register as one document: what is owned, which territories are granted and which are still applications, what falls due, and what it costs to keep.

The register

Everything you own, in one place.

One asset, one entry per country. Filed work and unfiled work side by side, with your domains among them — because a register that only accepts granted marks is one only an IP manager can use.

Your lawyer, your team

Give someone access without giving them your password.

Invite a colleague to view or edit, or an external IP agent to work the register on your behalf — they see the filings and the dates, and never your billing. Take it back and it is gone everywhere, the same second. Today the alternative is sharing a login, which is how most people do it and why most people cannot undo it.

What falls due

Dates computed from the law of that office.

Nigeria renews on a seven-then-fourteen-year cycle, counted from the filing date. A generic ten-year engine gets that wrong in both directions. Every date here names the instrument it came from, so you can check it — and we warn you at 90, 60, 30, 7 and 1 days, then once more if one passes.

Who it is for

Four people, one register.

  • Founders

Two marks, a design and four domains, and no idea which renewal is next. This is the list.

  • Creators

Work you have made and never filed anywhere. It still belongs in a register, and it still belongs to you.

  • IP managers

A register you can work from, sorted by what is due next rather than by what was added last.

  • Lawyers

Your clients' portfolios in one place, without anybody sharing a password.

Yes. The Free plan needs no card: opportunities (a set number a day), the IP4Kids library, every resource, one asset monitored on Radar and one DigiStamp certificate. Those Free allowances are yours for life rather than per month.
Individual ($20 a month or $200 a year) adds the IP Portfolio for 3 assets, Radar for 3, 10 DigiStamp certificates a month, DALI Chat, IP4Kids games and the application tracker. Business ($140 / $1,500) holds 30 assets, adds the IP Valuator with 20 valuations a month and seats two people. Premium ($250 / $2,500) holds 100 assets, 30 valuations a month and seats five.
Every plan is priced and charged in US dollars. We show an approximate figure in your local currency beside each price as a guide; your bank converts the charge at its own rate.
Paid allowances reset every month - on annual plans too, so a yearly Business plan gets 20 valuations in each month of the year. Free allowances never reset: they are a lifetime allowance.
Business seats two people and Premium five. The plan owner invites colleagues by email; they use the plan across every product and draw on its allowances, while billing stays with the owner.
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings and you keep everything until the current period ends, then move to the Free plan without losing your account or saved work.
200+ countries worldwide. We go deepest on Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Ghana, Egypt, Morocco, Senegal, and ARIPO/OAPI member states - written and kept current by local practitioners on the ground.
Stories and games are designed for ages 7-14. The library is open on every plan; the games and the DALI helper come with any paid plan.
